Notice for New and Current Students
Dear new and current students,
This announcement is for students who cannot enter Japan by the lesson starting day of the new semester due to the restriction of visas by the Japanese Immigration Bureau, the enhanced quarantine systems of each individual country, cancellation of international flights, and so on.
(1) New and Current students
Meitoku will start the new semester lessons on April 13th. For students who cannot enter Japan because of COVID-19 circumstances, we will contact you immediately about the day of entering Japan when conditions become plausible. Until then, please continue to study at home and prepare for the new semester.
(2) New students
Our school begins enrollment on April 1st, but there are many new students who cannot enter Japan. To prevent academic disadvantages, we are preparing online remote lessons until they can enter Japan. We are creating the platform and content currently and will announce details later on how to access lessons and materials.
Restrictions on countries and areas will progressively change depending on the world situation and announcements from the Japanese government. Please keep up with the latest information from the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare, as well as the Meitoku Gijuku homepage.
Furthermore, our school obligates all new and current students to check their body temperature and monitor their health condition (presence or absence of illness symptoms) for two weeks prior to entering Meitoku. Please bring this check sheet when you enter or come back to Meitoku.
