A day at Meitoku begins at 6:30am when music plays through the
dormitories to rouse the students from their sleep.
Everyone participates in morning exercises, eats breakfast and gets ready to board the bus.

| At morning assembly students receive a daily lesson on the importance of maintaining their health. |

| Students eat a healthy breakfast every morning, and by the time the meal has finished, their bodies and minds are ready to go! |

| All Meitoku students participate in club activities. There’s no “going home early” club at our school! |

| Having freshened up after their club activities, students gather together for dinner, noisily swapping stories about the things they achieved that day. |

| Bath time |

| Washing away the day’s worries, Meitoku’s students can feel like they are on a trip to a hot spring every day. |
| Evening Assembly |
| 7:30pm |
| Students can reflect on the events of the day or prepare for the next day’s events. Naturally, they’re also reminded to take care of their health in the evenings too. |

| Self-guided study |

| Students engage in self-guided study for two hours every day. They can review the day’s lessons, look ahead to tomorrow’s work, or get ready for entrance examinations. |

| Lights out! |

| Even after lights out, it’s still possible to study by lamplight. |
